2. What cookies do we use?
We have audited the cookies and similar technologies actually loaded by this website. At the time of writing, our public pages do not set any HTTP cookies and do not load any analytics or marketing scripts. The only client-side storage in use on public pages is a single essential entry that remembers your cookie choices. Additional essential entries are created only if you sign in to the admin area.

Some third-party services we integrate with may set their own cookies when you interact directly with them off our site — for example the Jane App booking portal (app.janeapp.com) and Stripe during payment. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own cookie and privacy policies (see section 5 below).
Our hosting provider (Lovable / Cloudflare edge network) may occasionally set short-lived security cookies such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance to protect the site from automated abuse. These are strictly necessary and are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive and AEPD guidance.

5. Third-party services and cookies
We use a small number of trusted third-party services that may place their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with them. We do not control these cookies, but we provide links to their privacy notices so you can read how they manage your data.
- Jane App Inc. — used for booking and appointment scheduling. If you navigate to the Jane App portal, Jane may place cookies. See Jane App privacy policy.
- Stripe — used for deposit payments. Stripe may place cookies or fraud-prevention tokens when a payment is processed. See Stripe privacy policy.
- Google LLC — we may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager with your consent, and we use the Google Places API server-side to display reviews. See Google privacy policy.
- Lovable AB — provides the website platform, hosting, and publishing infrastructure. See Lovable privacy policy.
- Supabase, Inc. — provides the backend database and cloud infrastructure used via Lovable Cloud. See Supabase privacy policy.
