What does a return-to-sport protocol look like?

Return-to-sport is criteria-based, not calendar-based. We progress through pain control, mobility, strength symmetry, sport-specific loading and finally match-play simulation. Each stage is tested objectively before the next is unlocked.

Yes. Flora has covered events including the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, Women's Football League Shanghai, and went on tour with the Netherlands Dance Theater (NDT).  She has also given injury prevention and spinal health talks for Lululemon, Wolford and the Women's Wellness Circle in Benahavís. She also works with teams on the Costa del Sol for on-site assessment, taping, acute injury management and post-event recovery support.

Common event presentations include ankle sprains, hamstring strains, shoulder overload, tennis elbow, lower-back spasms and acute knee pain. Most can be assessed and treated immediately, with a clear plan for follow-up.

Yes. Workshops are tailored to the sport and age group, covering warm-up optimisation, load management, common injury patterns and simple self-treatment strategies. Clubs, golf academies and running groups are all welcome.
