Flora's career has taken her from Shanghai to Sydney, Indonesia to Europe — and now home to the Costa del Sol. She worked with the Chinese Olympic Windsurf Team in China in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics, drivers of the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, the Dutch National Ballet, Nederlands Dans Theater, the Shanghai Women's Football League, and a long list of Ironman triathletes, golfers, tennis players, judoka, surfers and Pro-Hyrox athletes.

Her clients are international — expats and travellers from across the world — and her care is the same for everyone: holistic, evidence-based, and built on two decades of continuing education.
